After working in New England repertory theatre from the age of 13 to his early 20’s, Jason moved to Los Angeles and changed his focus to writing. He won several international writing contests and had plays and short films produced, but true satisfaction eluded him.

Then he discovered escape rooms.

In that dawn of the industry (in the US), Jason saw how much more could be done with these puzzle-centric themed rooms. He also saw it as his calling, combining the skills he had developed thus far with his talent for immersive storytelling. In 2016, Jason leapt into the escape-room design world, with Lock & Clue Escape Rooms, raising the bar for escape rooms at the time by using actors and engaging storylines to more fully immerse the players in their adventures.

After over ten years of success and numerous awards, Jason is now looking to push creative boundaries and entertain audiences in brand new ways.
